Customer Success Representative

Who we are looking for:

The Customer Success Representative is a key player in growing the company through assisting clients and users to utilize our products to their full capacity, and enhancing brand awareness. This entry-level position is the starting point for a promising career in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technologies.

Each Customer Success Representative is equipped for success with training on our methodology, along with continued mentoring with peers and leadership. Ideal candidates for this role are confident, ambitious self-starters, seeking to showcase their potential and add value to the company.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, cases and emails covering any and all issues or questions regarding clients’ accounts
  • Provide product support service to customers
  • Develop and maintain a smooth and strong relationship with customers to increase loyalty and retention
  • Provide customer training and education on company products and service
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Manage customer accounts with attention to detail
  • Make and receive calls to current clients regarding issues with their accounts
  • Investigate and handle various customer issues including product features and functionality, product training, follow-up marketing, and account management
  • Report on weekly qualitative and quantitate results to managers

Accounts Receivable Associate

Provides financial, administrative and clerical support by ensuring the company receives payments for goods and services and properly records the transactions by posting receipts and resolving discrepancies according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.

The Accounts Receivable Associate position will focus on customer payment order forms, AR collections, import/scan documents, billing, concierge services processing and credit card processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, verify, and process invoices for sales of services rendered
  • Enter data on invoices; ensure proper coding on documents
  • Collect on accounts by sending invoice reminders and communication with customers via phone, email, fax or mail
  • Post customer payments by recording checks and credit card transactions and entering them into the accounting software
  • Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable reports to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
  • Verify the validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from reports, and lists
  • Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts, coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account, verifying totals; preparing reports
  • Generate monthly, quarterly or annual financial statements and reports detailing paid and unpaid invoices and other accounts receivable activity
  • Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential

 

Qualification requirements:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent
  • Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • General math skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
  • Effective organizational, stress and time management skills

Administrative Assistant

Provides administrative support through database management and general office support. This is an entry level, data-entry heavy position with a software company. This position requires working with many different teams including operations, billing, sales and customer support. The Administrative Assistant will support day to day office management and must be comfortable with customer support via phone and email.
