Customer Success Representative

Who we are looking for:

The Customer Success Representative is a key player in growing the company through assisting clients and users to utilize our products to their full capacity, and enhancing brand awareness. This entry-level position is the starting point for a promising career in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer training and education on company products and service
  • Develop and maintain a smooth and strong relationship with customers to increase loyalty and retention
  • Manage customer accounts with attention to detail
  • Answer incoming calls, cases and emails covering any and all issues or questions regarding clients’ accounts
  • Provide product support service to customers
  • Make and receive calls to current clients regarding issues with their accounts
  • Investigate and handle various customer issues including product features and functionality, product training, follow-up marketing, and account management
  • Report on weekly qualitative and quantitative results to managers

Implementation Coordinator

The Implementation Coordinator plays a critical role on our team. You will work alongside a dedicated Project Manager to deliver on key project milestones and implementing our Enterprise software solution. Implementation Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate weekly standup meetings with clients and manage team calendar.
  • Co-host weekly standup meetings with project manager and provide critical updates to clients.
  • Follow a project plan for each client, and complete tasks for a timely implementation phase
  • Communicate with clients throughout the implementation process to obtain feedback and approval.
  • Educate clients on how to use Jungo and customized system features.
  • Create a specialized document for each client, detailing all customizations made.
  • Ensure that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones.
  • Providing cost and time estimates to clients who require additional customizations to be done.

Implementation Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones.
  • Cross-training with senior implementation specialists on the setup and configuration of new accounts prior to Go Live.
  • Communicating with project coordinators / managers to provide updates on your progress.
  • Scoping out customization requests and preparing technical documentation.
  • Assisting with end user setups, deactivations, and replacements.
  • Database formatting & mapping.
  • Educating clients on how to use Jungo and customized system features.
  • Creating a specialized documentation when needed, detailing all customizations made.

 

Skills: 

  • Customer Service – Since such a large chunk of an Implementation Specialist’s time will be spent directly interacting with clients, it’s important for them to have excellent customer service skills.
  • Extensive Technical Knowledge – In order to be able to meet each client’s needs and install each system correctly, Implementation Specialists need to have a great deal of technical knowledge and experience.
  • Troubleshooting – During the process of setting up a new system, at least a couple things are bound to go wrong. Because of this, Implementation Specialists need to be good problem solvers.
  • Interpersonal Skills – Since setting up a new system will demand the efforts of an entire team; Implementation Specialists need to be able to effectively communicate and work with that team.
  • Ability to Multitask – The goal of providing good customer service is to make each client feel like they’re the only customer that matters. If an Implementation Specialist is able to multitask and juggle different projects simultaneously, they’ll be able to achieve that.
