  • Answer incoming calls and cases /emails regarding any and all issues or questions regarding clients’ accounts
  • Providing product support service to customers
  • Develop and maintain a smooth and strong relationship with customers to increase loyalty and retention
  • Provide customer training and education on company products and service
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Managing customer accounts with attention to detail and any other issues that may arise
  • Make and receive calls to current clients regarding issues with their accounts.
  • Investigate and handle various customer issues including product features and functionality, product training, follow up marketing, and account management
  • Report on weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative
  • Expand knowledge of industry as well as the competitive posture of the company

Salesforce Developer (Downtown San Diego) – Software Company

Jungo, Inc. is looking for a Rockstar Salesforce Developer (at least 3 years’ experience with Apex programming) to join its expanding team in the Downtown San Diego Area. The Salesforce Developer role is responsible for software development within our developer centric team. You will leverage a number of proprietary and standard technologies/tools and will be primarily responsible for customization on the Salesforce platform.


  • Design customized financial service solutions in Salesforce
  • Resolve platform and technical issues with our Apps
  • Assist in Data Architect Sessions providing QA feedback and technical Requirements Gathering
  • Remain current with Salesforce platform updates and new technologies in the industry
  • Design and develop high quality business solutions on the SFDC platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs
  • Deep understanding of the product suite including Salesforce 1, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Platform and the App Exchange
  • Experience using technologies, including Apex, VisualForce, Canvas, and Lightning components
  • Experience with JavaScript, JSON and frameworks such as Angular/Backbone on


Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Writing Advanced Apex code (classes, triggers, services, visual force pages) for our SalesForce CRM platform
  • Interface with internal customers to define requirements.
  • Support Software Quality Assurance engineers to facilitate testing of delivered applications.
  • Document source code and application operation as needed
  • Limited “On-Call” availability
  • Develop, test, and document working custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a implementation
  • Develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the Salesforce platform
  • Effective communicator that works well in a collaborative team setting
  • Able to execute test plans to ensure a quality solution is delivered
  • Participate in code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being used


Education and Experience:

  • S. Computer Science/Engineering or related filed; advanced degree a plus
  • At least 3 years of recent experience with SalesForce APIs, Apex and Visual Force pages
  • Knowledge of Web Services (SOAP and REST)
  • Demonstrated competency in SQL / T-SQL
  • Comfortable working in JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS
  • Excellent troubleshooting and design skills
  • Experience with mobile development a plus
  • Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Bamboo, Bitbucket)



  • 1-3 years of Developer Exp
  • Familiar with Apex and Visualforce development
  • Proficient in data manipulation (SOQL and Excel)
  • Javascript knowledge a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Salesforce 201, 401 Certificate a plus
