The Customer Success Representative is a key player in growing the company through assisting clients and users to utilize our products to their full capacity, and enhancing brand awareness.   • Provide customer training and education on company products and service
  • Develop and maintain a smooth and strong relationship with customers to increase loyalty and retention
  • Manage customer accounts with attention to detail
  • Answer incoming calls, cases and emails covering any and all issues or questions regarding clients’ accounts
  • Provide product support service to customers
  • Make and receive calls to current clients regarding issues with their accounts
  • Investigate and handle various customer issues including product features and functionality, product training, follow-up marketing, and account management
  • Report on weekly qualitative and quantitative results to managers

Accounts Receivable Specialist

A fun and energetic SaaS company in downtown San Diego is hiring a full time Accounts Receivable Specialist to assist our growing team. We are looking to hire someone in the San Diego market for a hybrid (25% in office) role. We are seeking candidates interested in growing their career within the accounting and operations functions of a growing software company.


Responsibilities/ Qualifications:


  • Process accounts receivable transactions daily
  • Process client payments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide support for internal and external audits
  • Perform account reconciliations in an accurate and timely manner
  • Manage collections functions
  • Verify the validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from reports, and lists
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, or annual financial statements and reports detailing paid and unpaid invoices and other accounts receivable activity
  • Comfort interfacing with sensitive company and client data
  • Comfort engaging with clients via phone and email regarding billing information, including gathering new credit card information, following up on missed payments and answering subscription questions
  • Associates degree in accounting OR relevant experience with accounting or billing teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Specialist is a key player in growing the company. You will be tasked by a Project Manager to deliver on key project milestones for end users and implementing our Enterprise software solution. Implementation Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with clients following the sale to collect data and other information required to start and complete the implementation phase
  • Following a project plan for each client, and completing tasks for a timely implementation phase
  • Communicating with clients throughout the implementation process to obtain feedback and approval.
  • Customizing the program based on clients’ individual needs and specifications.
  • Educating clients on how to use Jungo and customized system features.
  • Creating a specialized document for each client, detailing all customizations made.
  • Ensuring that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones.
  • Providing cost and time estimates to clients who require additional customizations to be done.



  • Customer Service – Since such a large chunk of an Implementation Specialist’s time will be spent directly interacting with clients, it’s important for them to have excellent customer service skills.
  • Extensive Technical Knowledge – In order to be able to meet each client’s needs and install each system correctly, Implementation Specialists need to have a great deal of technical knowledge and experience.
  • Troubleshooting – During the process of setting up a new system, at least a couple things are bound to go wrong. Because of this, Implementation Specialists need to be good problem solvers.
  • Interpersonal Skills – Since setting up a new system will demand the efforts of an entire team; Implementation Specialists need to be able to effectively communicate and work with that team.
  • Ability to Multitask – The goal of providing good customer service is to make each client feel like they’re the only customer that matters. If an Implementation Specialist is able to multitask and juggle different projects simultaneously, they’ll be able to achieve that.
